I have been wanting to prepare ratatouille, a famous traditional French sauteed vegetable dish (never tried it before), since I've watched the Ratatouille movie and, finally, on these days, I got my hands on it! Now, I think that Autumn is the best time for making this rich, savoury dish - it will warm you up and satisfy in a dank evening as well as gladden with it's cheerful colors when it's warm and sunny outside!


Other variant of making ratatouille is adding aubergines, carrots, marjoram and basil (the herbs Ratatouille's Remi kept in secret?:) So, next time when I prepare it, I am going to try this richer version, too!
