I think we've been having a lot of fashion posts here recently and are most likely to have worked up a healthy appetite, right? So now it's time to fortify ourselves with a fresh salad! As you might guess from the title, the salad comes from Turkey and is translated like Gypsy Salad or Gypsy Pilau. It consists of a mixture of fresh vegetables and sheep cheese - all spiced up with hot chili pepper.

Makes 3 to 4 portions
Ingredients:- 2 red onions
- 200 g of sheep cheese
- 2 sweet green peppers (paprika)
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- a pinch of paprika in powder
- a bunch of parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Method of preparation:
- Peel tomatoes and mix them with the chopped cheese, onions, green pepper, garlic and a hot pepper.
- Season with olive oil and paprika. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

Silent friend of many distances, feel
how space dilates with each breath of yours.
Among the rafters of dark belfries peal
your own sweet tones. Your predators
will grow strong upon such fare.
Know transformation in its varied sign.
Which experience produces most despair?
If drinking offend, transform yourself to wine.
Be, in this immensity of night,
the magic force at your sense's crossroad;
the purpose of their mysterious plan.
And though you fade from earthly sight,
declare to the silent earth: I flow.
To the rushing water say: I am.
Thanks.
