Some more loves: ABIGAIL AHERN

Here's a little continuation of my previous post, as I couldn't finish it just like that :)
The first three images are featured in Abigail Ahern's book "A girl's guide to decorating".
I love the plentiful use of bordeaux and browns, heavy textiles with floral prints, delicate lace and wooden pieces - the refined vintage atmosphere that feels cheerful and very homey!
The mirror on the wall (the very first pic in upper left hand corner) contributes to a beautiful play of lights!

Kilims and flowers - can't take my eyes off these sensual arrangements!
By the way, do you see some fake flowers between the natural ones? A work of Abigail Ahern!

WOW, that lace curtain in the top center picture. What do you call those little bell-type balls on the bottom of the curtain. I can't see it too well as my vision is not the best but it looks like something my great grandmother used to have on her windows.

I can't tell fake from real flowers. How can you tell. Perhaps because of my eye sight again.

Manzanita: - The curtain with tassels is very beautiful, i love such things! No, please, don't blame your vision, as the pics are really small but I couldn't find them in any bigger size.
Hehe, the flowers all look very natural and I couldn't tell fake from real ones either but for the special inscription on it in the original Abigail's posting;)
Thank U!
