Don't quite remember from where I got this recipe, but it has come out to be really lovely with reach banana taste. These fast to make pancakes come very good with tea.INGREDIENTS:
Bananas - 2-3 pcs.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Kefir (natural yogurt or dahi) or milk - 1 glass
Baking soda - 1/2 tea-spoon
Cane sugar (I almost always use cane sugare because it's more healthy)
Salt to taste
Wheat flour - apprx. 5 table-spoons
Vegetable oil or butter - 2 table-spoons
METHOD OF COOKING:
Stir bananas, add eggs, kefir, soda, cane sugar, salt and mix it carefully.Gradually pour a flour until the consistency of the mixture becomes rather thick, but still liquid.Put some quantity of oil in to the frying pan and take out the mixture with a table spoon.
