SNAIL EMBROIDERY

I have made this embroidery at the beginning of this summer and handed it over to my friend as a Birthday gift:)
She asked me for an embroidery featuring exactly snail image and this lovely pattern was the only one available in the net I could find! Countless themes suggested but no snail!
Just someone kindly shared this scheme in a blog I came across really by chance! Well...those who're seeking, always find!;)
I did everything exactly per scheme, only my invention was to use light yellow pastes for the snail's horns;) and a beige edges for some retro touch.

GYPSY ZUCCHINI

Hi Everybody! I am moving from my other blog and will be customizing everything here for some days(?) more:).
But meanwhile I would like to start with something really delicious - Gypsy Zucchini Hot Summer Spicey recipe!

This is our home made dish that is very easy to make but hard to break away;)
Zucchini, spices and...some berries (!) - you will surely enjoy this light and tasty summer meal!

Ingredients:
*zucchini - 1-2 per frying pan of middle size
*a bit of ginger in powder
*sesam seeds
*dried basil and parsley
*10-15 fresh blackcurrant berries
*cedar nuts
*sunflower or olive oil
*black pepper
*paprika
*salt (sea salt)

**The principle is like this: you should braise zucchini for some time with every new ingredient added and thus till its complete readiness.

Method of cooking:Put oil, salt, black pepper on the frying pan and fry a bit. Meanwhile, cut zucchini into triangles or long thin stripes. Put zucchini onto the pan and braise with some mineral water.
Now add salt, paprika, ginger powder, basil, parsley, sesam seeds and finally cedar nuts. At the very end add fresh blackcurrant. The berries shall remain whole and uncracked.

A-la Indian variant:)all the same, but instead of a vegetable oil use palm oil and add dried tomatoes.
